Ms. Crane earned her undergraduate Business degree in Economics from the University of South Florida. She graduated with the highest distinction. Ms. Crane went on to earn her law degree from one of the highest-ranked law schools in the State of Florida, the Florida State University College of Law. During law school, she worked several different jobs gaining legal experience, and most importantly, she clerked for a prominent law firm where she fell in love with medical malpractice matters.

Ms. Crane began her career as a trial lawyer as an Assistant State Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County, where she prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases while gaining valuable trial experience. Then, she joined one of the most highly respected insurance defense firms in the State, where she represented many of the largest insurance carriers in cases involving medical malpractice and premises liability. Ms. Crane has practiced law in several State and Federal jurisdictions and different cities, including Boston and Tampa. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and previously in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Ms. Crane continued her litigation and trial practice representing the rights of injured parties while working for America’s largest injury firm.

Ms. Crane has handled all phases of civil litigation, from pre-suit through jury trial. She knows how insurance adjusters and defense attorneys analyze and evaluate cases. In joining the firm, Ms. Crane is proud to bring this experience to fight for the rights of the individuals and families who have suffered because they have been injured as a result of another’s negligence.

Mr. Carpenter began his legal career in 2017 at Carpenter, Czelusta & Crane answering phones, taking intakes, and interacting daily with clients who were the victims of medical negligence. This experience granted him practical knowledge of the profession and instilled a passion for helping vulnerable people to become whole again.


After earning his undergraduate degree, Mr. Carpenter gained admittance to Nova Southeastern Law School, where he excelled in his studies and honed his legal skills in preparation for practice. Mr. Carpenter demonstrated an aptness in legal writing and advocacy, achieving membership to two honors organizations, Nova Law Review and Moot Court Honor Society. Mr. Carpenter earned his Juris Doctorate in May of 2023 and ultimately passed the July 2023 Florida Bar Exam. As a Florida Bar member, he remains steadfastly committed to helping those in need.

He would later attend college at Florida State University, earning a degree in Political Science before enrolling in law school at Nova Southeastern University during the COVID-19 pandemic.

At the conclusion of his first year, Mr. Skonieczny ranked within the top 10 students in his class of nearly 200, earning a spot on the Dean’s List and winning book awards in Civil Procedure and Legal Research and Writing I and II.

Following his first year of law school, Mr. Skonieczny found his passion for injury law and advocating for victims of negligence through clerking at a prominent boutique plaintiffs’ firm in Broward County, Florida.

After an immensely successful first year, Mr. Skonieczny would transfer to Florida State University College of Law, where he would later join Carpenter, Czelusta & Crane before earning his Juris Doctor and gaining admission to the Florida Bar in September 2023.
